Bodrum Golf Resort
Tuzla Lake is a protected nature reserve because every winter thousands of flamingos roost here. Because of that, the area will always remain nice and green. The Lake is separated from the agean sea by a low dam which supports the connection road to Bodrum (25km) and the airport (8km). Along the inlet there is a nice fishing village where there are delicious fish restaurants. On the other side of the inlet is the Aegean sea and the beach. An Investor started the golf course project this meant the interest for the area started to increase partly because of the nice nature and the fact it is close to the airport, the beach and the favourite holiday city – Bodrum. We expect huge price increases around the Tuzla Lake because there are limited building plots.
